What it is

The Business Succession Planning Initiative will fund a not-for-profit organization to develop and deliver resources, tools and support that help Canadian entrepreneurs and small business owners prepare for ownership transitions, including buying, selling and transferring a business.

Description from ISED programs and initiatives, the funder’s own list of programs. The Government of Canada’s Business Benefits Finder (list of July 17, 2025) doesn’t include it.
