The Labour Funding Program (LFP) provides the financial support needed to foster partnerships, collaboration and cooperation to increase representation of the designated groups in federally-regulated workplaces. The Workplace Opportunities: Removing Barriers to Equity (WORBE) grant and contribution program is designed to support employers subject to the Employment Equity Act (EEA) in their efforts to improve designated group representation in areas of low representation through partnerships and industry-tailored strategies.
