IAM-Program North American Mobility in Higher Educ
The six consortium institutions will collaborate to establish a culinary arts course new to the curriculum, entitled North American Fusion Cuisine. An integral part of this course lies in its innovative instructional delivery, which focuses on the use of web-enhancements and multimedia teaching techniques, including the creation of a CD-ROM.
